Reference Number 0000426349 This specification defines the scope of work and general procedures for removing, and installation of the vertical turbine pump and motor owned by the City of Cañon City. The City of Cañon City Water Treatment Plant operates a raw water pumping station located on the north side of the Arkansas River just west of Cañon City known as the Low Head Pump Station (LHPS). The LHPS currently has (1) vertical turbine pump that needs replaced. The pump is driven by 100 hp vertical induction motor. The City of Cañon City is seeking a Service Provider to remove the vertical turbine pump from the LHPS, purchase and replace pump with same make and manufacturer and motor with an equivalent.
