Sealed bids are invited for furnishing all labor, materials, equipment, and carrying out the work required for constructing the Cast Iron Main Replacement – USDOT (PHSMA) No. 93JK32540030NGDI under one contract. The principal items of work include furnishing material for cast iron replacement in Jacksonville, providing materials as listed in the Bid Form, and ensuring all furnished material is BABA compliant. The contract period is 720 consecutive calendar days and all time, completion, and liquidated damage stipulations must be strictly observed. Plans, specifications, and contract documents are available for inspection at the City of Piedmont Utilities Board office or may be obtained from the Engineers' office. No bids will be accepted after the specified opening time. Contractors must observe all conditions regarding time and liquidated damages and may only apply for extensions as permitted by contract provisions and with approved documentation prior to completion date.
