Site work for a road / highway in Kirkland, Washington. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway.

For construction of the 2026 Street Overlay Project . Estimate : $1,700,000 $ 2,000,000 *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document. The City of Kirkland further assures that every effort will be made to ensure non - discrimination in all of its programs and activities , whether those programs are federally funded or not . The work to be performed under these specifications consists of furnishing all labor , tools , materials , and equipment necessary for construction of the 2026 STREET OVERLAY PROJECT . Specific work includes , but is not limited to , replacement of damaged cement concrete curb , gutter , entrances and sidewalks , installation of ADA sidewalk ramp , erosion control , preparation and resurfacing of asphalt concrete roadway , pavement repair , pavement markings , traffic signal loops , traffic control and other work . Contract award will be made to the lowest , responsible , responsive bidder based on the total of all bid schedules . Questions regarding this project shall be submitted in writing to Will Denton , P.E. via email only at wdenton@kirklandwa.gov . Questions via phone will not be accepted . Bidders shall submit questions no later than 5:00 P.M. on June 11 , 2026 .
