Alternate product(s) offered may be considered if the alternate product meets or exceeds specifications listed. If an alternate product is being offered, specifications should be included with your bid submittal to be considered. Davis School District reserves the right to determine if the product being offered meets or exceeds specifications. This bid solicitation will result in a single award. The Nutrition Services Department participates in the National School Lunch Program (NSLP - Title 7 CFR Part 210), Summer Food Service Program (SFSP - Title 7 CFR Part 225), and School Breakfast Program (SBP - Title 7 Part 220). The Purchasing Department will handle the receipt of all qualifications, submittals, and bids for this bid solicitation and will oversee the management of the resulting purchase order contract for the Nutrition Services Department.
