Structural replacement shall be limited to only those elements that are damaged, unsafe, or required to support new materials and systems. Final determination of structural elements to be replaced shall be subject to District approval. Structural and Covering Improvements Replace existing greenhouse covering with 16mm clear twin-wall polycarbonate. Provide and install paneling for roof, front wall, back wall, and side walls. Repair existing structural components as needed; replacement shall be limited to damaged or nonserviceable elements.
