A timeline for the award has not yet been established.** Reference Number 0000419856 The Project includes, without limitation, furnishing all necessary labor, materials, equipment and other incidental and appurtenant Work necessary to satisfactorily complete the Project, as more specifically described in the Contract Documents. This Work will be performed in strict conformance with the Contract Documents, permits from regulatory agencies with jurisdiction, and applicable regulations. The quantity of Work to be performed and materials to be furnished are approximations only, being given as a basis for the comparison of Bids. Actual quantities of Work to be performed may vary at the discretion of the LIBRARY Project Manager. Potential Bidders may make arrangements to obtain the Contract Documents for the Project in person or by U.S. Mail by first contacting Facility Supervisor Mark Rangel at mrangel@lalawlibrary.org or (213-785-2521, 301 W. 1st Street, Los Angeles, CA 90012. If documents are picked up in person, Bidders will be charged a non-refundable fee of $12.00 per set. If documents are requested to be sent by mail, Bidders will be charged a non-refundable fee of $14.00 per set. LIBRARY must receive payment before the Contract Documents will be provided. LIBRARY will only accept Bids from Bidders who have been prequalified for the Project. Any Bid received from a Bidder who has not been prequalified for the Project will be returned unopened.
