The University seeks to hire a contractor to perform hazardous material abatement and demolition construction work on an "as needed" basis, delivered by Unit Price Job Order (UPJO), for the UCLA Westwood campus and off-campus facilities owned by the University. Work under the UPJO is limited to hazardous material abatement and demolition related to Minor Improvement Projects delegated to Facilities Management, as well as repairs or alterations to campus buildings, structures, or facilities to maintain their usability at the designed level of service. Each Job Order must have at least 51% of the work within the specified license classification.
