Paving and remodeling of a playground / park / athletic field in Grants Pass, Oregon. Completed plans call for the remodel of a 35,000-square-foot playground / park / athletic field.
Josephine County Parks is undertaking a campground improvement project to modernize the facility and better serve current recreational demand. The project includes converting twenty-four (24) underutilized tent campsites into five (5) full hook-up RV sites, five (5) partial hook-up RV sites, and five (5) improved tent campsites, including installation of new infrastructure and utility systems. This portion of the project consists of asphalt paving improvements for approximately 35,000 square feet of roadways and campsite areas. Work shall include placement of approximately three (3) inches of asphalt pavement and may also include repair, patching, preparation, and/or overlay of existing asphalt surfaces where required. Pre-qualification requirements: Prequalification of Bidders is required. The class of work for which Bidders must be prequalified is Construction. Prequalification Applications must be submitted no later than 4:00 p.m. on June 16, 2026.
