Site work and paving for a sidewalk / parking lot in Elsmere, Kentucky. Completed plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot.

Garvey Avenue Resurfacing, located in the City of Elsmere, involves bicycle and pedestrian facility work. Resurface , correct drainage issues , and replace the existing multi -use path along Garvey Avenue from Florence Court to just past Comanche Trail . from Florence Court to just past Comanche Trail .The project requires sealed bids to be submitted either by hand or by mail to the City of Elsmere. A bid proposal guaranty of not less than 5% of the total bid is required. Contractors must be pre-qualified with the Kentucky Transportation Cabinet and possess a Certificate of Eligibility at the time of bid opening. All subcontractors must also be prequalified when accepting subcontracts. Contract documents can be obtained from PRIME AE Group, Inc. Partial sets of documents will not be provided. The DBE certification requirement for this project is 0%. Questions about projects during the advertisement shall be submitted electronically to Chris Zerhusen (zerhusen@cityofelsmere.com ) and Craig Walker (craig.walker@primeeng.com ). The LPA will attempt to answer all submitted questions . The LPA reserves the right not to answer if the question is not pertinent or does not aid in clarifying the project intent Questions may be submitted until 3:00 pm Eastern Daylight Time on June 16 , 2026. Answers to any questions submitted will be posted by 5:00 pm Eastern Daylight Time on June 19 , 2026
