Cleaning and preparation of concrete walkways and chair-back seating areas to receive new permeable coating. Installation of a new trench drain at the wall behind home plate. ALTERNATE 2 THIRD BASE LINE ALUMINUM GRANDSTAND DEMOLITION AND REPLACEMENT Furnish all equipment, material, and labor for demolition of existing third base aluminum grandstands and footings; site preparation, construction of new footings, and installation of new 500-seat aluminum bleacher system.
