The work involves furnishing all labor and materials, and performing all the work in accordance with the drawings and specifications for the Pottawatomie County St. Marys EMS Building Project No. 2026-005. The project includes but is not limited to the construction of a St. Marys EMS building sized 50 feet by 75 feet by 14 feet. All equipment, materials, and workmanship must conform to the Standard Specifications for State Road and Bridge Construction of the Kansas Department of Transportation, 2015 Edition, all supplemental specifications and special provisions included therein, and the 2010 ADA Standards for Accessible Design. Each proposal must be accompanied by a bid bond executed by corporations authorized to contract as surety in the State of Kansas and made payable to the Pottawatomie County Treasurer. The awarded contractor will be required to furnish acceptable Performance and Statutory Bonds, each in the amount of the total contract price. The owner reserves the right to reject any and all bids and waive any irregularity to determine the best responsible bid.
