The City of St. Marys is requesting bids for the construction of the Lakeview Estates Pump Station Gravity Sewer project. The project includes the installation of 2,657 linear feet of 8-inch gravity sewer (PVC), installation of 9 sixty-inch manholes, and installation of 24 linear feet of aerial crossing. Bidding documents may be downloaded from the designated website. Prospective bidders are encouraged to register with the designated website as a plan holder, even if documents are obtained from another source. The website will be updated with addenda, plan holder lists, reports, and other bid-relevant information. Official notifications, addenda, and documents are only offered through the designated website, and neither the Owner nor Engineer will be responsible for documents obtained elsewhere. Printed documents may be obtained from the Issuing Office at Drexel Technologies for a non-refundable cost, including any applicable taxes and shipping, with payment by non-refundable corporate, certified, or cashier's check made payable to Drexel Technologies. No partial sets of documents are available. For further requirements regarding bid submittal, qualifications, procedures, and contract award, refer to the Instructions to Bidders included in the bidding documents. The Owner reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to waive any irregularities.
