Appalachian State University is accepting submittals for design services related to small renovation and construction projects that are less than $300,000. The Open-End Agreements will be utilized on informal projects on an as-needed basis for up to a two-year period in the following disciplines: Architectural, Asbestos Abatement (Design), Commissioning Consultants, Civil & Transportation Engineering, Landscape Architect, Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing (MEP) Engineering, Materials Testing/Geotechnical Engineering, Building Envelope, Structural Engineering, and Surveying. App State will choose between three and five firms for each discipline. Firms must be licensed in the State of North Carolina. Submissions must include a Letter of Interest and SF-330 form that clearly identifies project types and experiences and must be limited to no more than 30 pages. Submit one hard copy and one electronic PDF copy. If submitting for more than one discipline, a separate package is required for each discipline.
