The contractor shall furnish and install a complete and operational HVAC system to replace the existing ACCU and AHU serving Building 522. All work shall be performed in accordance with this Statement of Work, the accompanying drawings, and the referenced specifications. 2.1.1. ACCU: Furnish and install one (1) new Air-Cooled Condensing Unit with a minimum capacity of 90 MBH. 2.1.2. AHU: Furnish and install one (1) new modular, multi-section Air Handling Unit with a minimum capacity of 3000 CFM. 2.1.3. Connecting Systems: Furnish and install all new, properly sized, and insulated refrigerant lines. 2.1.4. Electrical: Provide all necessary electrical work, including power and control wiring, to support the new system Location: 179th Cyberspace Wing, 1947 Harrington Memorial Rd., Mansfield, OH 44903, USA The contract duration will be 180 calendar days after notice to proceed to include inspection and punch list.
