Site work for a water / sewer project in Rhinelander, Wisconsin. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
The work includes furnishing the materials and installation of a Leachate Pre-filtration System at the Oneida County Solid Waste Facility. Instructions to bidders: Bids must be submitted on the Bid Submittal Form. Bidding will be based on sealed competitive bids. The contract will be awarded to the lowest qualified bidder as determined by reference checks. The bid should include a list of anticipated subcontractors and a description of the work class to be performed by each. Construction documents and specifications will be provided electronically; printing is the bidder's responsibility. A site visit prior to bidding is recommended and can be arranged by contacting the Solid Waste Director. Bids must be received by the specified deadline and will be publicly opened. The final contract will be awarded by the Solid Waste Committee. A certificate of insurance must be submitted by the contractor upon award of the bid or with the bid submission. The department reserves the right to accept or reject any and all bids.
