Description

Site work and new construction of a multi-residential development in Oromocto, New Brunswick. Completed plans call for the construction of a three-story above grade multi-residential development.

The scope of work is for the construction of the Huron Street apartments at CFB Gagetown for the Canadian Forces Housing Agency. The residential development consists of three three-storey wood-frame buildings. The project includes wood prefabricated (panelized) structural systems, slab-on-grade foundations, and durable metal siding as the primary exterior finish. The buildings are designed with modern architectural finishes and incorporate contemporary mechanical and electrical systems to meet current performance and efficiency standards. Bidders are required to submit sub-trade prices for this scope. Bids must be submitted online.
