Access property via Lime Kiln Road entrance and pathways. Contractor to restore any damage or impacts to pathway that occur during project. 2. Mill tennis court surface to a depth of up to 3.0 inches +/-. Milling to set slope of court to have a 1% cross pitch. Mill area to be entire surface, which is approximately 120 ft x 110 ft. Engineer to confirm subbase after milling and prior to any other work. Millings to be removed and disposed of at Highway Garage or other location within Town Corporate limits. Town to provide trucking. Assume 1 truck being available. 3. Prepare and replace 6-inch subbase. Contractor to remove, provide and install 6-inch subbase. Subbase to be item 4 material and compacted to 95%. Contractor responsible to bring, install, and compact subbase. 4. Install Center Court Fence Posts. Posts to be 2-38 in . diameter, black vinyl coated, 8 ft above grade. Posts to be set in 24-inch diameter, 4 ft deep concrete footings. Footings to use 4,000 psi concrete and to be 3-inch below finish grade. Town to provide posts. Contractor to install up to 10 posts. 5. Install Pickle Court posts/sleeves. Posts to be set in 24-inch diameter, 4 ft deep concrete footings. Footings to use 4,000 psi concrete and to be 3-inch below finish grade. Town to provide posts/sleeves. Contractor to install up to 12 posts. 6. Contractor to pave surface with hot mix asphalt pavement. Pavement to have no aggregate larger than 3/8 inch, as described as TYPE 6F NYSDOT Item No.: 403.1701. Pavement to be rolled with a 20-ton roller and be installed in one lift. TOWN SCOPE: 1. Town to remove perimeter fencing and posts on one side of project area. 2. Town to remove existing interior posts and properly backfill and compact excavated posts. 3. Town to provide and install court non-slip acrylic paints and lining. 4. Town to install black vinyl center fence. 5. Town to re-install perimeter posts and fencing.
