Renovation of a military facility in Enid, Oklahoma. Completed plans call for the renovation of a military facility.
Replace the RCS window in Room B1043 at Vance AFB in accordance with the Statement of Work (SOW). Bidders must complete the bid form in Appendix B of the SOW packet and email it as instructed. Technical compliance with the SOW, past performance or qualifications, ability to meet schedule, and completeness of submission will be evaluated. All vendors must be registered and active in the System for Award Management (SAM) at the time of quote submission. Only questions submitted on the provided Q&A form will be accepted. The required attachments include the SOW, wage determination, terms and conditions, representations and certifications, Q&A form, and vendor business information form. Location of work to be accomplished under this statement of work is at Vance Air Force Base (AFB ). Vance AFB is located three miles south of the City of Enid , Oklahoma . Facility 1043 is located on the Airfield between Runway 17R / 35L and Taxiway G. Questions and Answers (Q&A) Requirements: A Question and Answer (Q&A) Form is attached to this solicitation. All vendor questions must be submitted using the form only. Questions submitted in any other format will not be accepted. The deadline for submitting questions is June 24, 2026 at the close of business (COB).
