The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Vicksburg District, Revetment Branch requires a contractor to perform rebuilds of the steam boilers on Quarterboat 9901. All work must be completed in accordance with the statement of work prepared for this requirement. The contractor must provide a comprehensive approach for the replacement of all specified components, including PowerFlame units, alarm systems, valves, controls, hot well system, and must install new systems such as blowdown/drier, E-stops, CO2 monitors, and collection tank. The contractor must be able to perform all cleaning, assembly, and installation tasks as specified. Personnel must have experience in rebuilding and servicing Scotch marine boilers or similar systems and comply with all security requirements, including personnel vetting through E-Verify and adherence to installation access procedures. The proposal must include a detailed plan for providing required hands-on training and explicitly state that a minimum one-year parts and labor warranty will be provided and responsibility for arranging and passing the state inspection. All offerors must submit a quote with the specified content and return the bidding schedule with their quote. Quotes must be submitted electronically.
