Demolition and site work for a multi-residential development in Norfolk, Nebraska. Completed plans call civil work for a multi-residential development.
The project involves the demolition of the house, garage structures, and trees located at 223 Monroe Avenue. Asbestos clearances will be obtained prior to demolition. Termination of water and sewer will be completed by the City, with the demolition contractor responsible for contacting 'Diggers Hotline' and verifying that all other utilities are properly terminated. Sidewalk repair, if necessary, is not included. The site must be cleared of all structures, concrete (except salvageable public sidewalk), and all trees/brush within all property lines, then filled and leveled with clean soil. All demolition waste must be disposed of at an approved site. The demolition permit needs to be obtained. The Northeast Nebraska Regional Land Bank reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids. Bidders must submit a detailed quote by the specified deadline. Any changes to the quoted price due to unforeseen circumstances must be discussed before work begins, and the submitted quote should be valid for 45 days from submission. Payment terms are NET 60 from the time of completion.
