The Board of County Commissioners of Garrett County, Maryland will accept sealed bids for the purchase of crushed stone aggregates as specified. Sealed bids must be submitted to the Garrett County Commissioners Office. All bidders are required to submit one copy of their bid documents at the time of submission. Bids should be enclosed in a sealed envelope and clearly marked "Crushed Stone Aggregates Bid" on the outside of the envelope. Any bids received after the time due will not be considered for award and shall be retained as documentation for the bid file. The Board of County Commissioners of Garrett County, Maryland reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids, to cancel this invitation to bid and to waive technicalities in any part thereof deemed to be in the best interest of Garrett County.
