Renovation of a swimming pool in Lockport, Illinois. Completed plans call for the renovation of a swimming pool.
The project consists of renovating the existing pool deck with new trench drain and associated space replacements in the existing interior pool area. All proposals must be enclosed in a sealed envelope marked separately on the outside "Challenge Fitness Pool Renovation Project" and addressed to the Executive Director at the Lockport Township Park District office. Bid documents are available by request. Illinois Prevailing Wage Act and certified payroll requirements apply. A 10% bid bond and 100% performance and payment bonds are required. All bids will remain firm for 60 days after the bid opening. The Board of Commissioners reserves the right to reject any and all bids or portions thereof.
