The project is for the placement of a mini split system to provide heat and air conditioning in the Town Clerk's Office work area at 129 North Street, Walton NY. The work includes installation of the system, which must include an outdoor unit set on a stand, an indoor unit, electric work, installation of a surge protection disconnect for the outside unit, and running lines in white slim duct. Bids must be submitted in a sealed envelope clearly marked 'Bid for Mini Split System' and must include a non-collusion bidding certificate. The Town of Walton reserves the right to reject any and all bids, and to accept only those most advantageous to the Town.
