Scope of work includes but is not limited to: demolition, selective demolition, general contracting, HVAC systems, plumbing systems, fire protection systems, electrical systems, etc. as indicated on the construction documents in preparation for an 80,000 SF addition. MWBE Goal: 30% SDVOB Goal: 6%.
