Note contractor is to provide and supply a 1-year warranty on material and labor. SCOPE OF WORK: 1. Generator will be supplied by OPWDD to winning bidder. 2. Install generator and concrete pad to attached drawings. 3. Electrical inspection is required by third party see General Requirements # 3 4. All work must be completed according to all applicable codes, industry best standards, and manufacturer's instructions. 5. Job will not be considered complete until the job is verified and accepted by Plant Superintendent of designated supervisor. 6. All work must be warrantied to be free of defects in workmanship for one year after completion of work. Broome DDSO reserves the right to reject all quotes. Contract term: Within 60 days of receiving the purchase order.
