Site work and new construction of a mixed-use development in Walton, New York. Completed plans call for site work for a municipal facility; for the construction of a water / sewer project; and water / sewer project.
The Project includes the following Work: General construction including modifications to existing leachate management systems and construction of a new 2.8-acre landfill including leachate collection system, pump stations, HDPE piping, manholes, stormwater management practices, and related work. The new landfill is adjacent to an existing closed cell and requires the excavation and relocation of municipal solid waste from the existing closed cell to an operating landfill cell on-site. Electrical construction including decommissioning, demolition and removal of existing overhead electrical, and re-routing overhead electrical to service both existing features and proposed features The Project has an expected duration of 200 days.
