Renovation of a residential development in Walton, New York. Completed plans call for the renovation of a residential development.
Project: Broome DDSO Boyer Road HVAC System HVAC Systems Upgrade. The vendor shall provide all labor and materials necessary to complete the work in a professional manner according to this scope of work and architectural drawings if supplied. Upon completion of HVAC Systems Upgrade, before removal of equipment and scaffolding, contractor is to schedule a quality control and quality assurance inspection with the Maintenance Supervisor. Enclosed is a request for quotation (RFQ) to perform the attached scope of work. Contract term: Within 60 days of receiving the purchase order. Location: Boyer Road IRA - 10 Boyer Rd, Walton NY Summary of Work: Replace 2 AHU & 1 Condensing Unit SCOPE OF WORK: 1. Furnish & Install (1) Rheem Model RH1PZ60247STANNA horizontal 5-ton AHU on System #2 to match the existing Rheem condensing unit. Provide 10 year Mfg. parts warranty. 2. Furnish and install System #1, 5-ton split system with matched equipment (York, ICP, Carrier, Amana are acceptable). Provide 10 year Mfg. parts warranty. 3. Furnish & Install HEPA filters on AHU in attic. 4. Furnish & install auxiliary drain pans with flood alarms on both systems. 5. Replace all main condensate drain piping, both systems. 6. Provide new properly sized & insulated line-sets on both systems. 7. Install new line-set cover on the exterior, both systems. 8. Furnish & install properly sized new line voltage disconnects and A/C "whips". Both systems. 9. Replace any damaged low voltage wiring as required. 10. Contractor responsible for removal and proper disposal of all equipment & debris. 11. Contractor shall warrantee work for a period of one year from date of payment for job. Warrantee shall be for parts and labor. 12. Work shall conform to all applicable codes, be done according to manufacturer's instructions, and follow industry best practices.
