The work includes protecting in place existing improvements; obtaining and fulfilling the requirements of the City building permit (with the City paying all associated fees); furnishing and constructing 200A 2P 240V electric supply; furnishing and constructing ground ring and grounding connections; constructing a Portland cement concrete equipment pad; installing and anchoring equipment cabinet on concrete pad; furnishing and constructing ice bridge, cable trays, cable mounts, sealed penetrations at cabinet and at existing building wall; furnishing and constructing two non-penetrating antenna mounts and one penetrating antenna mount on building roof and sealing roofing; installing antennas; installing battery backup power system in equipment cabinet; constructing chain link fence and gates; clean-up and related work as required, to complete the work as shown on the Plans and specified by the Special Provisions, referenced standards and specifications, the Standard Plans (2021 edition), the Specifications for Public Works Construction ("Greenbook") 2021 edition, and the City Standard Requirements.
