Site work for a mixed-use development in Corunna, Michigan. Completed plans call for site work for a playground / park / athletic field; sidewalk / parking lot; and stadium.

The purpose of this project is to improve drainage, pedestrian accessibility, and athletic facilities at Nick Annese Athletic Stadium. The project includes removal of existing asphalt sidewalk, replacement of stone/crushed asphalt on the fence line with concrete, installation of a new ADA-compliant concrete sidewalk, removal of obsolete scoreboard foundations, site grading and restoration, shot put area improvements, and drainage improvements including installation of a catch basin and drain line. Contractors shall provide all labor, materials, equipment, supervision, permits, and incidentals necessary to complete the work. Contractors must coordinate utility location services, obtain any required permits, maintain a safe work environment, comply with OSHA requirements, protect adjacent facilities and athletic surfaces, and repair any damage caused by construction activities at their own expense. Bidders are required to provide lump-sum proposals and separate pricing for sidewalk removal, new concrete sidewalk, scoreboard foundation removal, grading and topsoil, turf restoration, shot put improvements, catch basin installation, and drain line installation. Site visits are strongly encouraged prior to proposal submission. Bidders should pull back and protect existing fence as needed for sidewalk removal, remove and legally dispose of materials, and ensure the new sidewalk meets ADA cross slope requirements.
