Renovation of a mixed-use development in Marion, Indiana. Conceptual plans call for the renovation of a medical facility.
The Architect/Engineer firm shall furnish professional services for 100 percent design to upgrade Building 49. Services shall include Schematic Design, Design Development, and Construction/Bid Documents in accordance with the A/E Design Submission Instructions Document, as well as Construction Administration services, technical specifications, and cost estimates. The design shall address demolition of the existing interior, development of administration offices, exterior upgrades, and comprehensive mechanical, electrical, and plumbing upgrades. The project shall also include abatement of mold, asbestos, and lead, and shall be designed in accordance with applicable guides, manuals, and established planning criteria. Location: VA Northern Indiana Health Care System, Marion Campus, 1700 E. 38th Street, Marion, IN 46953. The Method of Contractor Selection has not been determined at this Time.
