Renovation of a mixed-use development in Marion, Indiana. Completed plans call for the renovation of a medical facility; and medical facility.

5.1 . Project Deliverables: The project will produce the following key deliverables 5.1.1 . Deliverable 1 : Contractor will provide two (2) R4-111- FIXED SPEED 4- 11KW Compressors 5.1.2. Deliverable 2: : Contractor will provide two (2) R4 Premium Efficiency Rotary Screw Compressor- 145 PSIg- Total Air System 5.1.3. Deliverable 3: Contractor will provide two (2) Drive motor 208-230/460V 60Hz with Star Delta Starter 5.1.4. Deliverable 4: Contractor will provide two (2) Coolant: Factory Filled with Ultra Coolant 5.1.5. Deliverable 5: Contractor will provide two (2) 80 Gallon Tank Mounted 5.1.6. Deliverable 6: Contractor will provide two (2) Controller: XE-70M Microprocessor Controller 5.1.7 . Deliverable 7: Contractor will provide two (2) Low sound enclosure 5.1.8. Deliverable 8: Contractor will provide two (2) PORO 5.1.9. Deliverable 9: Contractor will provide two (2) Start up kits 5.2. Services: The following services will be provided as part of this project: 5.2.1 . Service 1 : Contractor will then install and start up both RA-111 -FIXED SPEED 4-11KW Compressors at the Marion Boiler Plant in Building 76. Remove and replace the existing air compressor at the Marion VA Medical Center. Work includes furnishing all labor, materials, equipment, supervision, and related services necessary to remove the existing air compressor, install the replacement unit, and perform all associated work required to place the system into proper operating condition. Location: Marion VA Medical Center, Building 76 Boiler Plant, 1700 East 38th Street, Marion, IN 46953, United States. Period of Performance: Start Date: The project will commence by October 1, 2026.
