Booster Station Improvements, including all construction work and materials, must strictly adhere to the Contract Documents provided. The contract will be awarded to the lowest responsible and responsive bidder, with the Owner holding the right to correct minor clerical bid errors, reject any or all bids, and refuse conditional bids. Each bidder must submit an original bid to the Owner, accompanied by a certified or cashier's check or a Bidder's Bond for 5% of the bid amount as a guarantee to fulfill the contract and provide required bonds. A sworn statement that no collusion has occurred among bidders must be included.
