Description

Site work for a religious / funeral development in Laurel, Montana. Conceptual plans call for site work for a religious / funeral development.

The anticipated work consists of headstone and grounds restoration as part of the FY26 Shrine Project at Yellowstone National Cemetery. The scope includes raising, lowering, realigning, leveling, backfilling, and cleaning 628 upright granite headstones located in Section B. Work requires precise surveying and alignment to meet tight tolerances while preserving the integrity of the cemetery environment. In addition, the project includes turf renovation and re-establishment activities covering approximately 17,082 square feet, including grading and restoration of disturbed areas to match existing cemetery conditions. All work is to be performed in a sensitive setting requiring careful coordination, respect for memorial features, and adherence to applicable standards for national cemeteries. Location: Yellowstone National Cemetery, 55 Buffalo Trail Road, Laurel, MT 59044. The Method of Contractor Selection has not been determined at this Time.
