The work consists of the renovation of one home located in Rogers County. The project must be completed according to the work write-up and fully finished within 45 working days. A penalty of $100.00 per working day will be charged for each day beyond the agreed construction end date. Bidders must submit a fully completed mandatory bid response sheet to be considered responsive and responsible. Instructions to bidders: Bids may be mailed, emailed, or hand delivered to the designated addresses. It is the bidder's responsibility to ensure bids are received by the specified deadline. Late bids will not be considered. Both Indian and Non-Indian bidders will be accepted.
