The work includes appliances, carpentry, electrical, flooring, plumbing, sheetmetal, and gutters. The job must be completed within 30 working days and should begin within two weeks of notification. For every working day beyond the contract end date, $100.00 will be charged as liquidated damages. To be considered responsive or responsible, bidders must fully complete the Mandatory Bid Response sheet and the Work Write Up. Bidders seeking preference must be TERO certified through the Cherokee Nation Tribal Employment Rights Office and provide proof of certification with their submittals. The successful bidder must comply with Tribal rules, regulations, and TERO requirements. Instructions to bidders: Bids must be delivered by the specified deadline. Both Indian and Non-Indian bidders are accepted. Proof of TERO certification is required for preference. Bidders are responsible for all costs associated with the preparation and submission of bids, and no bid may be withdrawn within 30 days after the due date.
