Site work for a water / sewer project in Vacaville, California. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
Furnish all tools, materials, labor, and services necessary to complete the Wells 23 and 24 Construction and Testing Project, including all items and appurtenances as described in the project plans and specifications. The work generally includes drilling and constructing two water production wells at existing and/or designated production well sites, as well as performing step pump and aquifer testing for both wells, within the City of Vacaville, Solano County, California. Bidders must possess the required licenses, including a C-57 license, and shall submit bids for the entire scope of work. Each bid must be accompanied by a Bidder's Bond. Payment and Performance Bonds in the amount of 100% of the contract are required from the successful bidder. All contractors and subcontractors must be registered with the Department of Industrial Relations to be eligible to submit a bid. Compliance with prevailing wage requirements and relevant labor codes is mandatory. Bidders must obtain the complete bid set from the specified provider; failure to do so will result in rejection of the bid. Bids received after the deadline will not be considered. The City reserves the right to reject any or all bids, determine the lowest responsive bid, and waive any irregularities in proposals.
