Sealed proposals are requested for Fall Run Park Improvements as follows: Contract No. 1 – General Construction: Includes site mobilization and demobilization; clearing and grubbing; demolition and protection of existing site features; unclassified bulk excavation; erosion and sediment control; installation of bituminous and concrete pavements, curbs, aggregate walking trails, line striping, ADA pavement markings and signage; construction of concrete foundations; construction of a pre-engineered pavilion; coordination for placement of an Owner-supplied prefabricated bathroom facility; site preparation; and all associated site restoration. Contract No. 2 – Electrical Construction: Includes connection to existing electrical transformer; installation of PVC conduit and nylon pull rope, including trenching and backfill; installation of electrical service wire and junction boxes; preparation of electrical work for the prefabricated bathroom facility and pavilion. Contract No. 3 – Plumbing Construction: Includes connection to existing sanitary sewer manhole; installation of sanitary sewer lateral, clean out, and fresh air vent; connection to existing water line; installation of copper water service line; preparation and connections for sewer and water service to the new prefabricated bathroom facility; plumbing construction for the new bathroom facility; all trenching and backfill required for completion. Proposals must be submitted electronically via PennBid. The Township may reject any or all bids or waive any informality.
