Demolition for a residential development in Prestonsburg, Kentucky. Completed plans call for the demolition of a residential development.
The scope of work is the demolition and disposal of four properties as part of the DR 4663 FEMA buyout program, located in the area of Wayland, Garrett, and Hi Hat, KY. All structures must be demolished and materials disposed of within 90 days of award. Instructions to bidders: Bids must be submitted in a bid form with the contract number written on the outside of the envelope. Bidders must attend a mandatory pre-bid site inspection scheduled at the Floyd County Community Center. The Owner reserves the right to waive any informalities or reject any and all bids.
