Perform an on-site inspection of the facility and complete a Building Exterior Cladding Inspection (BECI) in the prescribed format and in accordance with the terms of reference, taking into account the level of risk and any known existing or past problems. BECIs are to be completed at 5 year intervals to ensure overhead safety hazards and other deteriorated conditions are identified and repairs are completed on a cyclical basis. The inspection should address potential damage due to repeated freeze-thaw cycles, water infiltration, water damage to interior surfaces, and the risk of mould. The intent is to identify deficiencies and ensure cyclical repairs are made to defer the need for major capital restoration projects. Bids must be submitted online.
