Description

Site work and new construction of a water / sewer project in Boalsburg, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for the construction of a water / sewer project; and for site work for a water / sewer project.

The Work Includes Well Drilling Up to Three (3) Residential Wells to Maximum Depths of 300 Feet Below Grade, Installing Well Casings, Placing Annular Seals, Developing the Wells, Installing Pumps, Verifying Yields and Functionally Connecting the Wells to Each Respective Residence. The Work Will Be Monitored by the Ctwa's Representative, Aqualith Technologies, LLC (Consultant). Each Well Must Meet the Requirements of the Centre Region Building Safety & Property Maintenance Code (Chapter 10). An Additional Residential Well Requires Pulling and Replacing of the Existing Pump to a Depth Fifteen (15) Feet Lower Than Existing. Each Proposal Must Be Accompanied by a Certified Check or Bid Bond in the Amount of Ten Percent (10%) of the Bid Amount Made Payable to College Township Water Authority. The College Township Council Reserves the Right to Reject Any and All Bids. Formal Award of the Contract is Anticipated to Occur at the Authority's Scheduled Meeting to Be Held on Wednesday, August 5, 2026 at 7:00pm.
