Description

Demolition and renovation of a transportation facility in East Fayetteville, North Carolina. Completed plans call for the demolition of a transportation facility; and for the renovation of a transportation facility.

The project scope includes the construction of demolition of the existing Gate 4 passenger boarding bridge and replacement with a new unit, including all electrical work required to perform the conversion. Questions regarding this bid must be submitted in writing by e-mail to Ella Gersack, Engineering Associate RS&H at Ella.Gersack@rsandh.com no later than 5:00 p.m. Wednesday, June 24, 2026. Bidders are expressly prohibited from contacting any City of Fayetteville official or employee associated with this Invitation to Bid except as noted above Should the Bidder find discrepancies in, or omissions from, the drawings or documents, or should it be in doubt as to their meaning, it shall at once notify the Contracting Office, which will send written instructions in the form of addenda to all bidders. Notification should be no later than seven (7) days before the date set for receipt of bids
