Renovation of a multi-residential development in Dryden, New York. Completed plans call for the renovation of a multi-residential development.

The Village of Dryden is accepting bids for the renovation of 1 West Main, Dryden, NY on behalf of a private developer. The project is funded, in part, through a New York Main Street Anchor grant. The renovation project for 1 West Main Street, one of the Village's most prominent structures, occupies a highly trafficked corner at the intersection of NYS Routes 13 and 38. The project will include structural repairs, façade improvements, and upper floor residential renovations. Bidders that are unable to attend the pre-bid meeting and wish to tour the subject property should contact Thoma Development Consultants to arrange a date and time. Tours will not be provided prior to the pre-bid meeting. The Architect for the Project is Jason Demarest Architecture, 950 Danby Road, Suite 105, Ithaca, NY, 14850. The Village/Owner hereby reserves the right to waive any informalities and reject any or all bids or to accept the one that in its judgment will be in the best interest of the project.
