The City of Lynnwood Public Works Department is seeking consultants to provide on-call engineering services in traffic modeling and analysis. Services may include Level of Service (LOS) evaluations, existing operations analyses, roundabout evaluations, Six-Year Transportation Improvement Program (TIP) support, Traffic Impact Fee code amendments, fee rate studies, Traffic Impact Analyses (TIAs), macro- and micro-traffic analysis, traffic simulation, travel demand forecasting, traffic model development, maintenance, calibration, and operational updates, signal warrant analyses, access analyses, intersection operations analyses, intersection design (including traffic and pedestrian signal design), multimodal data collection (including traffic and turning movement counts), and grant application support. Civil engineering and conceptual design tasks may include preparing plans, specifications, and estimates (PS&E) for traffic projects, channelization modifications, site improvements, managing the traffic concurrency program, and reviewing development projects for traffic impacts and potential mitigations. Public outreach support may include community workshops, display preparation, and web-based input tools. Submittal instructions: Submittals should include firm name, contact information, principal-in-charge, project manager, and number of employees in each proposed firm, along with any additional information specified in the full RFQ. Statements of Qualifications must be uploaded to OpenGov Procurement by the specified deadline. Submittals received after the deadline will not be accepted.
