Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Lynnwood, Washington. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; and sidewalk / parking lot.
This Contract provides for the improvement of various City of Lynnwood roadways by HMA for pavement repair, grind and overlay, curb ramps, sidewalks, curb and gutter, pedestrian push buttons and pedestrian signals, rapid rectangular flashing beacons, raised pavement markers, paint line, plastic pavement markings and other Work, all in accordance with the attached Contract Plans, these Contract Provisions, and the Standard Specifications . Question Deadline 07/07/2026 at 5:00 PM PT Each bid shall be accompanied by a certified cashier's check, or bid bond, in the amount of FIVE PERCENT (5%) of the total bid price, payable to City of Lynnwood, as a guarantee that the bidder, if its bid is accepted, will promptly execute the Agreement The contract shall be executed by the successful bidder and shall be returned, together with the Payment Bond, Performance Bond and Certificate(s) of Insurance to City of Lynnwood so that it is received within 14 working daysafter the bidder has received the contract for execution.
