The work generally consists of the following: demolition of existing features as applicable, clearing and tree removals, onsite servicing (water, drainage), servicing connections (storm sewer, water), grading, earthworks and retaining, playground, sand play area, open lawn areas, asphalt half sports court, drinking fountain, picnic shelter, site furnishings such as bike racks, garbage cans, and outdoor furniture, asphalt and gravel paths, general landscaping including boulders and soil installation, concrete plaza, sidewalk letdowns and pedestrian infrastructure, signage installation, fencing installation (wood and chain link), tree, shrub and plant installation, invasive plant removal and restoration planting, and park establishment maintenance.
