Renovation of an educational facility in Artie, West Virginia. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
Sealed bids are requested for Roller Security Doors and Film at Clear Fork Elementary for the Raleigh County Board of Education. Bids must be received by the specified deadline and will be opened and read aloud. Service providers are required to comply with all requirements and conditions outlined in the document package. Attendance at a mandatory pre-bid meeting is required for all interested bidders; failure to attend will result in disqualification. After the closing time, proposals cannot be withdrawn for sixty days. The Board reserves the right to reject any or all bids, to select by item or total bid amount as deemed in the best interest of the schools, and to purchase from vendors on state contract or cooperative pricing. Question Deadline 06/18/2026 Every request for such an interpretation shall be made in writing and addressed and forwarded to the Owner. No inquiry received within 7 days of the date fixed for opening of bids will be given consideration.
