Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Dallas, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for site work for a playground / park / athletic field; sidewalk / parking lot; and for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot.
The project consists of the second phase of improvements to an existing public park, effectively connecting the park property together via a walking trail network, and providing a parking lot and other infrastructure for future expansion of the park, which will eventually include restrooms and a pavilion. Bidders are required to deposit security in the amount of ten (10) percent of the bid amount. The successful bidder will be required to post both a Performance Bond and a Payment Bond in the amount of 100% of the contract price. If the bid exceeds $25,000, The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive any defects, errors, omissions, irregularities, or informalities in bids received.
