Question Deadline 06/25/2026 Direct questions in writing to the Architect/Engineer. Submit questions not less than 7 days before date set for receipt of Bids. Replies will be made by Addenda. The project consists of an addition and renovation to the District Office, including construction of a two-story building addition totaling approximately 44,000 square feet, interior renovation work totaling approximately 28,000 square feet, and associated site work at the Waukee Administration Office Building located at 560 SE University Avenue, Waukee, Iowa. Lump-sum bids are to be submitted for general construction, including site, mechanical, and electrical construction. Construction may begin after the owner receives and approves required contracts, bonds, and insurance. Bidders are responsible for submitting bids to the correct location by the specified deadline. Late or misdirected bids will not be accepted.
