Renovation of a municipal facility in Vernon Rockvl, Connecticut. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
Proposals are requested for outside wall repair at Center 375, located at 375 Hartford Turnpike, Vernon, Connecticut. Firms should have proven experience in performing such repair services and must comply with all applicable State and Federal standards and requirements. A mandatory walk-through is required for all potential bidders. Only those who attend the entire walk-through will be eligible to submit proposals. Proposals from firms that fail to attend the walk-through will be disqualified. Two copies of the proposal must be clearly marked and submitted in a sealed envelope. The town encourages participation from minority, women, and small business enterprises and reserves the right to reject any or all proposals, to award any one or group of services, to negotiate with any or all submitting companies, and to enter into agreement with any company providing these services if it is deemed in the town's best interest. Any confidential information in the proposal must be clearly marked as such by the respondent. Bidders must adhere to all relevant AA and EEO practices and requirements. Answers to questions received will be posted by Wednesday , July 1, 2026 on the Town's website
