Site work for a water / sewer project in High Ridge, Missouri. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
Sealed bids for the Waynesville Estates Sanitary Sewer Improvement Area Project will be received by the Northeast Public Sewer District. Bids must be submitted in sealed envelopes marked with the project name. Contract documents can be examined at specified locations and obtained from Drexel Technologies. The project is subject to Section 292.675 RSMo, requiring all contractors or subcontractors to ensure on-site employees complete a ten-hour OSHA-approved construction safety and health course or an equivalent program approved by the Missouri Department of Labor and Industrial Relations. Each bid must include bid security equal to 5 percent of the Bidder's Maximum Bid Price. The District reserves the right to award the contract to the lowest and best, responsive and responsible bidder, reject any or all bids, and waive any informalities. No bids may be withdrawn for sixty days after the specified deadline. QA date - 6-30-2026 3:30 PM Questions regarding the plans and specifications must be submitted in writing by this date and time to Mr. Bob Hembrock, P.E.
